  • All entries should be in the parent's / student's own handwriting (in English) and he / she will be responsible for any incorrect entry that is made.
  • Applications which are incomplete or those that do not have relevant certificates enclosed will be rejected.
  • The school reserves the right to cancel the admission of the student at any stage, and when it is detected that the admission is made against the rules.
  • A student is deemed to have been admitted into the class / course only after he / she has paid all the fee in full.
  • At the time of admission, the parent and the student are required to sign the declaration that they will abide by the rules and regulations of the school.
  • Keep the application intact and do not detach any sheet from it.
  • It is suggested that if the student / parent wishes to give any other information like health details, achievements and any other detail, they may use a separate sheet of paper.
Code of Conduct / Instructions / Rules
  1. The admission of the student can be cancelled at any time of the year if the school decides that his / her continuance is not in the interest of academics, affecting the progress of co-students or is affecting the image of the institution.
  2. The school management reserves the right to change at any time, any of the rules and regulations that pertain to the admission and withdrawal of students.
  3. Punctuality should be the prime concern of all students. They should not abscond or be absent from school without prior permission. Students without the required percentage of attendance are not eligible for promotion.
  4. Students should attend special classes / exams / tests / assessments without fail. No re-exam will be conducted.
  5. Students should produce the Diary to the class teacher with the parent's signature after availing of the leave period. Leave availed for 3 or more days will be granted only on producing a Medical certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner.
  6. Mutilation / spoilage of fixtures / furniture is viewed very seriously. Cleanliness of the campus is the responsibility of every student.
  7. Students should be spruce, neat and be mindful of their turnout and etiquette while attending the school. Discipline is of prime concern.
  8. Students are prohibited from bringing valuables in the form of ornaments / heavy purses, mobiles & cameras etc., to the school. The institution will not be responsible for any loss.
  9. Parents / Guardians are restricted from entering the class rooms / labs / library during the school hours. They shall in no way hinder the curriculum of the school or of the child whatsoever.
  10. Students suffering from ailments of any kind like Measles, Mumps, Typhoid etc., should bring to the notice of the authority for necessary action and guidance.
  11. No Student shall leave the campus during the class hours without permission.
  12. Re-examinations / Tests are not held during the year for any Student under any circumstance.
  13. Evening preparatory / study classes that are conducted beyond Govt. prescribed School timings are organized in the best interest of the Student's academic progress. If the Student does not wish to attend these classes, the Parent should intimate the principal in writing.
  14. If the student does not join due to any reason, reservation fee will not be refunded.
  15. Incomplete applications are liable for rejection with no further intimation.
  16. Medium of Instruction will be in English only.
Reservation / Admission & Fee Procedure
  1. The registration fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
  2. The school is not liable to return the amount paid at the time of admission under any circumstances, whether the student has attended the classes or not from the beginning of the session. The security deposit will only be refunded once the parents / guardian intimates the school in writing and applies for the Transfer Certificate / Cancellation of Admission for his / her ward and clear all dues up to the current quarter.
  3. Tuition fee and transport fee will be subject to revision on an annual basis.
  4. Please ensure full payment for the relevant quarter. All quarterly fees must be paid on or before the 15th of the first month of the relevant quarter.
  5. Through Cash payments only to the Accounts Department at our campus and collect fee receipt compulsorily. Management is not responsible for payments without official fee receipt. Note: After payment of the fee, you will receive an SMS with your payment details on your registered mobile number. In case you do not receive the SMS within 1 working day, please contact the accounts department immediately.
  6. No student will be allowed to join / remain in school unless all outstanding dues of the previous term and the current year's fee are paid in full.
  7. Warning: Paying or transferring cash to any employee's personal accounts through any means is strictly prohibited.
  8. Fee once written on the application will not be changed. Service Tax, GST Extra as levied by the Government. No refund will be made towards it.
  9. At the time of reporting 50% fee, 1st week of Aug 25% fee, 1st week of Oct 25% fee.

payments Mode of Payment

Fees are payable in cash only to the Accounts Department at the campus, against an official receipt. Cash or transfers to any employee's personal account are strictly prohibited. A confirmation SMS is sent to your registered mobile number after payment.

Declaration by the Student

I promise to honour the code of conduct and the responsibilities of the school vested on me. Never shall I abscond myself from classes or exams for any reason. I shall not involve directly or indirectly in any activity at any time in any of the aspects which may hinder / spoil the respect and reputation of the institution. In case of any breach of discipline on my part, the decision of the principal shall be final and binding on me. I have read all the points mentioned above from Serial No. 1 to 16.

Declaration of the Parent / Guardian

I acknowledge that I am aware of the rules and regulations of the institution and agree to abide by them and admit my ward Master / Kumari __________ to __________ class in your school and shall be responsible for the payment of School / Exam fee and other charges, and submit all the required certificates within the stipulated time as instructed to me. I shall undertake the responsibility of my ward's general conduct and good behaviour during his / her tenure in your institution and give / take guidance from time to time for his / her academic progress. I declare that the statements made in this application are true and correct to the best of I have read all the points mentioned above from Serial No. 1 to 10.
